A member of the Jon English® team for 12 years, and a Master Stylist, Lorae lends her talent and technical expertise by giving demos and leading workshops on brilliant hair color. Lorae got her start in the hair business as a hair model for 9 years from the time she was 13. Eventually, she realized she was far more interested in what was going on behind the chair rather than in it.
Lorae has excellent people skills and it shows through her large client base. This comes naturally, as her favorite part of her job is building long-term relationships with clientele. Her experience with the company also makes Lorae a great mentor for beginning stylists. Her advice: Stop talking and start listening. Find out what the client needs, and the rest will follow.
